Pabis Speech Therapy Services, a neuroaffirming private practice located in El Cajon, California, specializes in providing tailored and goal-oriented speech therapy for individuals aged 2 and above. Our services encompass speech sound development, receptive and expressive language development, and social communication support. We firmly believe that effective communication is a fundamental right for all individuals. Teletherapy Services
Available to all California residents and accessible through a HIPPA secure platform.
Speech-Language Evaluations
Assessment to identify the area(s) of communication needing support with a written report provided upon completion.
Social Communication Groups
Group intervention geared towards social connections, social problem solving, and relationship development.
Individual & Group Therapy
Intervention sessions are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes and focus on goals developed through the assessment process.
Caregiver & Family Supports
Individualized support services provided through consultation and trainings.

Meet the Owner
Rachael Pabis, M.S. CCC-SLP
Rachael is a devoted, compassionate, and highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologist with a specialization in social communication and providing support to neurodiverse clients, including Autistic and ADHD individuals. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology in 1996, followed by her Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences in 2002. With a professional background spanning various settings such as early intervention, preschool through high school, and private practice, Rachael boasts over 28 years of experience in the field of speech-language pathology.
Rachael adopts a neuroaffirmative approach in her practice, embracing and accommodating each individual’s developmental differences and unique needs. She passionately upholds the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to communicate to the best of their abilities and should be honored for their preferred mode of communication.
